Shipping Policy

Overview

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on the vast majority of orders worldwide.

Because we produce our posters locally in 32 countries (via our partner network), we can deliver faster and greener than traditional shipping methods. This local production model allows us to cover shipping costs for over 95% of our customers.

Shipping Costs & The "Remote Area" Policy

Standard Orders

For most destinations (including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and many others), shipping is 100% Free. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Remote Areas & Islands

We ship globally, including to remote islands and territories. However, carriers often charge significant "Remote Area Surcharges" for these locations.

To keep things fair, we apply a $15.00 USD Shipping Credit to every single order:

• Standard Locations: The shipping cost is usually under $15.00, so we cover it entirely. (Cost to you: Free)
• Remote Locations: If the carrier charges more than $15.00 (e.g., $45.00 for a remote island), we still pay the first $15.00. You will only be asked to pay the remaining difference.

Example: If shipping to your location costs $45.00, we pay $15.00, and you pay $30.00.

Production & Delivery Times

Please note that "Shipping Time" is different from "Production Time." As this is a print-on-demand product, we print your poster fresh after you order it.

• Production Time: 1-4 business days.
• Shipping Time (Standard): 3-5 business days after production.
• Total Expected Delivery: 4-9 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking.

1. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
2. You will receive a second email with your Tracking Number as soon as your poster is printed and handed to the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

Because we print locally in 32 countries, most orders will not face customs fees.

However, if you are ordering to a country where we do not have a local production partner (e.g., certain countries in South America, Africa, or parts of Asia), your order may be shipped internationally. In these rare cases:

• Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We use sturdy packaging to ensure your poster arrives in perfect condition. However, accidents happen.

• Damaged on Arrival: If your poster arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement immediately.
• Lost in Transit: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if the package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
