Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Life Calendar. We are proud to offer high-quality printable PDF documents. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products, we have a strict "all sales are final" policy.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to printable PDFs, templates, and digital files, are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a purchase is made and the digital file is delivered or made available for download, you lose your right to a refund.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, view all available product images, and ensure you have the necessary software to use the files before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions to "All Sales Are Final"

We believe in being fair and reasonable. We will consider granting a refund on a case-by-case basis under the following specific circumstances:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us with both order numbers and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • Major Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted, non-functional, or if you are unable to download it and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be granted. Please note you must provide detailed information and screenshots of the issue.
  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Refund requests that fall under these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

3. European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) Consumer Rights

For customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to a 14-day "right of withdrawal" for most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content.

By completing your purchase on our website, you provide prior express consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. You further acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawalonce the content is made available to you. This is confirmed via a mandatory checkbox that must be selected before you can finalize your order.

4. How to Request a Refund

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or financial institution, you will be in breach of our terms. We will provide evidence to the relevant institution, including proof of your agreement to this Refund Policy and confirmation of file delivery, to contest the dispute.
